Breaking New Ground: Dosti Realty's Pioneering Redevelopment Project in Thane

Dosti Realty is taking a significant leap into the realm of large-scale society redevelopment with its groundbreaking project in Thane. This ambitious redevelopment, encompassing a built-up area (BUA) of 6 to 6.5 lakh square feet, is projected to generate a revenue of Rs 430 crore. Set to launch in the fiscal year 2024-25, the project aims for completion by the end of 2027.

Known for its substantial greenfield developments in Thane, like Dosti West County and Dosti Greater Thane, spanning approximately 105 and 125 acres respectively, Dosti Realty is now venturing into its first redevelopment project in this particular micro-market.

Deepak Goradia, the Chairman and Managing Director of Dosti Realty, revealed the impressive potential of the land parcel. It is estimated to have a development potential of 3.10 lakh square feet in carpet area, with 2.10 lakh square feet of it earmarked for sale. He also highlighted the company's ongoing projects, which span around 21 million square feet across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and Pune.

In an effort to balance development with environmental sustainability, Dosti Realty is striving to achieve the silver category certification from the Indian Green Building Council for this project.

Dosti Realty's recent performance indicators are impressive, with sales exceeding 2000 units in the fiscal year 2022-23. Furthermore, in just the first seven months of the current fiscal year 2023-24, the company has already surpassed sales of over 3000 units. Looking ahead, Dosti Realty plans to launch two projects in the current fiscal year and four more in the upcoming fiscal year 2024-25.
