Embassy Developments Ltd. has entered into a definitive agreement to sell 25 acres of commercial land in Whitefield, Bengaluru, to Lam Research (India), a global semiconductor equipment manufacturer. The parcel, located within the International Tech Park (ITPL), was sold for a total consideration of ₹1,125 crore.
Deal Channelled Through Embassy Subsidiary
The transaction was facilitated via Embassy’s wholly owned subsidiary, Embassy East Business Park, marking one of the region’s most high-value land deals in recent times.
