Revised Leasing Outlook Reflects Increased Corporate Occupancy

Embassy Office Parks REIT, India’s pioneering listed real estate investment trust (REIT) and Asia’s largest office REIT by area, has boosted its fiscal 2025 leasing target to 6.5 million square feet, up from an earlier projection of 5.6 million square feet. This revision highlights sustained demand from corporate occupiers, particularly global capability centers (GCCs), who are seeking premium office spaces.

Record Leasing in First Half of FY25

In the second quarter alone, Embassy Office REIT secured 2.1 million square feet across 24 transactions, bringing its cumulative leasing volume to 4 million square feet for the fiscal year's first half — a milestone achievement for the firm.

Portfolio Strength Drives Occupancy and Revenue Growth

Embassy REIT’s CEO, Aravind Maiya, noted the significant portfolio momentum this quarter, with occupancy reaching 90% by value. The quarter also recorded an impressive 12% rise in both revenue and net operating income (NOI), underlining the REIT's solid performance and market appeal.
