New Delhi:

Awfis, India’s largest flexible workspace solutions provider, is set to expand into new and existing markets, with a focus on strategic investments in smaller cities.

Amit Ramani, chairman of Awfis, shared these plans during a post-earnings call on Thursday.

Methodical Market Expansion

Ramani indicated that the company’s approach to growth will be controlled and methodical, ensuring long-term returns. He emphasized the importance of making strategic early investments in tier-II cities to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Key Tier-II Cities in Focus

Awfis plans to extend its presence to key tier-II cities such as Vijayawada and Lucknow, expanding its operations to a total of 19 markets. This move aligns with the company’s vision to tap into the growing demand for flexible workspace solutions beyond the major metropolitan areas.

India’s Largest Flexible Workspace Provider

As of June 30, 2023, Awfis was recognized as the largest flexible workspace solutions company in India by the total number of centers. The company offers a comprehensive range of solutions, from individual flexible desks to customized office spaces for start-ups, SMEs, large corporates, and multinational corporations. Their services cater to varied seating requirements, ranging from a single seat to multiple seats, contracted for durations from one hour to several years.

Evolution from Co-working to Integrated Workspace Solutions

Over time, Awfis has evolved from being just a co-working space provider to becoming an integrated workspace solutions platform, adapting to the diverse needs of its clients and staying ahead in the dynamic market of flexible workspaces.
