Godrej Properties has sold over 1 million square feet of space in Godrej Garden City, Ahmedabad, with the launch of the Celeste phase. Since the debut of Celeste in October 2022, the firm has sold 870 properties for a total of roughly Rs 435 crore.

In its 2.3 hectares of land, Celeste has eight buildings that provide a wide range of residential and commercial space types. As part of the integrated offering, this phase is equipped with a range of contemporary amenities that cater to the social, health, and recreational requirements of residents of all ages, therefore encouraging a holistic and enriched lifestyle.

Gaurav Pandey, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Godrej Properties, stated that the customer's confidence underscores the rising requirement for sustainable integrated complexes by reputed developers. 

The world-renowned architecture firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), which also built the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, designed Godrej Garden City's layout.

Godrej Properties sold 870 homes with an anticipated booking value of INR 435 crore.
