For over half a decade, Grohe and Hurun India have published the Grohe Hurun India Real Estate Rich List — a compilation of the country's most successful real estate entrepreneurs. Collaborating, monitoring, and commemorating the tales of these revered Indian leaders has been an amazing experience.
After five years on the real estate rich list, Hurun India is pausing to reflect on the future. Grohe Hurun Builders of Tomorrow is a collection of Grohe and Hurun India's talks with 23 emerging real estate leaders. Unlike the majority of such collections, they did not arrive at a rounded figure for the number of entries since they discovered and finalised these entrepreneurs using criteria that value quality above numbers.
The book launch will take place at The LIXIL Studio, a 13000-square-foot innovation and experience hub in Bengaluru's core. It is a one-of-a-kind studio that highlights the best of Grohe and American Standard, showcasing the company's most iconic, inventive, and ground-breaking products and solutions.
"We are pleased to introduce the Grohe Hurun Builders of Tomorrow," said Anas Rahman Junaid, founder and managing director of Hurun India. We think that these leaders will have a significant effect on the direction of India's real estate market — not only in terms of housing for all Indians, but also in terms of innovation".
"This compilation was made possible by Grohe and Hurun's strong relationship, which enabled us to exhibit the variety and dynamic leadership in the Indian real estate business," said Satoshi Konagai, Leader LWT Asia Pacific. We may sense and experience a little portion of each of these stalwarts' trials and triumphs via their tales. They have won respect by confronting and addressing the unique challenges presented by each market, environment, and client demand."
"When the Hurun team approached us with the concept for this book, we immediately said "yes," since LIXIL is all about forward thinking and looking to the future," stated Bobby Joseph, leader LWT India & Subcontinent (Grohe & American Standard). We were a natural fit to collaborate with Hurun to honour the next generation of leaders — pioneers who are guiding the industry towards an ever-changing future. I'd want to express my gratitude to each of these business titans for sharing their time and allowing us a look inside their creative brains as they carry out their plans for a New India."
