Trehan Iris has leased around 2,750,000 square feet in Gurugram's Sector 48 Iris Tech Park. Iris Tech Park, which has three skyscrapers, is a landmark on Sohna road.

Multiple brands from various industries utilise 2.75 million square feet of the overall 3.36 million square feet of project space at Iris Tech Park.

Approximately 70% of the entire development area has already been leased.

Stago India, Investor Clinic, Data Bridge Market Research, Applicable AI, Windy Street, AIG Business Solutions, Prometric Testing, Prospecta Soft Trans American Information Systems, Oodles Technologies, State Bank of India, Bullmen Realty, India Accelerator, Hear.com, and Mayekawa India are among the leading brands that have leased products.

In addition, two floors of the building are leased to McDonald's, which has a drive-through. Abhishek Trehan, executive director of Trehan Iris, said, "We have leased out more than 70 percent of the space and are eager to take on many more businesses."
