Jantri (Jantri of Gujarat Land Value Certificate) is a legal document that specifies the rate of building or land at regular intervals. The unit rate of the land or building is fixed by the Gujarat government periodically. The property prices are re-examined periodically by the Gujarat government as per the market value and jantri value.
