With the help of NCP Commercials, Awfis has signed a lease for a new centre at the VIOS Tower in Wadala. This new facility will have 25,000 square feet of space.

Local flex-office supplier Awfis has joined forces with NCP Commercials, which is wholly owned by companies controlled by Värde Partners, to develop the VIOS Tower in Wadala, Mumbai.

The forthcoming centre is 25,000 square feet in size and will be part of Awfis' Awfis Gold premium workspace offering. After the success of the first Awfis Gold centre at One International Centre, Lower Parel, a second will open in VIOS Tower. The VIOS Tower is a high-quality, Gold-level LEED-certified building with spacious, aisle-free floor plates.

The company's founder and CEO, Amit Ramani, said, "This marks our debut into an important micro-market inside Mumbai and falls within our current plan of building Awfis centres throughout the country's top real estate markets."

Awfis now operates 22 facilities in Mumbai, with plans to open an additional 8–10 by the year's end.
