150 Plots Sold Out at Arvind Greatlands Devanahalli in 7 Hours

It took ONLY 7 hours for Arvind SmartSpaces (ASL) to sell out the whole inventory of the second phase of their residential planned development project, Arvind Greatlands in Devanahalli, Bangalore. Comprising of around 150 units valued at about Rs 100 cr, Arvind Greatlands represents ASL's entrance into the Bengaluru planned development market. 

On November 26, 2022, the first phase of this project, which had a saleable area of 500,000 square feet and a booking value of more than Rs 200 crore, was sold out in less than ten hours. The first phase is under Platform 1 of HDFC. 

Arvind SmartSpaces owns 100 percent of the second phase and all future stages.

Customers of Arvind Greatlands will also get a membership at the Monogram Resort – Devenahalli.
