Incuspaze Leases Almost One Million Sq Ft of Office Space in Noida and Gurugram

Incuspaze has leased a total of 9.7 lakh square feet of office space in Noida and Gurugram to accommodate the growing demand for flexible workspaces from corporations.

Incuspaze operates in more than 14 cities in India and has a portfolio of more than 30 centres. In Noida, it has six operational offices, which are Noida Campus 1 and 2, Sector -1 Noida, Windsor Grand, The Corenthum Noida, and now Fortune One in Sector 126.

The enterprise-managed workspace provider Incuspaze announced on July 7, 2023 - the opening of their sixth facility in Noida, located in Sector 126.

According to the company, the centre offers more than 65,000 square feet of space and can accommodate more than 1,200 people. The co-working business wants to create 1.3 million square feet of flex office space across Bengaluru, Chennai, Jaipur, and Delhi-NCR with a monthly income potential of Rs 12-15 crore.
