India's Tallest Mall Saya Status is Now 50 Per Cent Occupied by Luxury Brands

Saya Group celebrated the leasing of fifty percent of its flagship project, the tallest shopping mall in India, Saya Status. Three months after the opening of the complex, the initiative reached this significant milestone. The highlight of the event was the presence of Sanjay Mishra and Istiaq Khan, stars of the film 'Dvand'. Saya Status was the engine behind the recently released film.

Saya Status is the tallest shopping centre in India, and its design has made ripples. The ability to position vehicles directly in front of stores on the fourth to ninth floors will be a distinctive feature of the impending shopping centre. Saya Status's construction is also advancing rapidly.

Once completed, Saya Status will become one of the most popular retail destinations in the NCR, renowned not only for its distinctive architectural features but also for its store blend, entertainment, and dining options. Saya Group's chief executive officer, Vikas Bhasin, remarked, "The construction is proceeding at a rapid rate, and we are making every effort to ensure its timely delivery."

Noida Motorway, Sector 129, is the location of Saya Status. It encompasses 1,400,000 square feet and consists of nine floors of spectacular vertical development. In 2025, ownership is anticipated. Saya Status is being built in a single phase, and all of its units will be leased.

Saya Gold Avenue, Desire Residency, and Saya Zenith are completed residential developments that demonstrate the company's commitment to quality. Saya Group's commercial developments, Saya Piazza in Jaypee Wish Town and Saya South X in Greater Noida West, are nearing completion, and possession will shortly be granted.
