Sotheby's International Realty (ISIR) has announced its foray into the luxury market in Bengaluru, India, with an exclusive marketing mandate from Agrocorp Landbase for the company's unique lifestyle cum investment idea of managed wine farms.
Agrocorp Landbase, in collaboration with Grover Zampa Vineyards, is constructing 'The Grape,' a 25-acre development project with the intent of establishing an exclusive vineyard farm community.
The project's location on NH 648 in a high-potential development zone, 45 minutes from Hebbal, makes it an attractive investment option for ISIR's high-net-worth clientele.
"The Vineyard is a great project for our residential debut in Bengaluru.
This notion of cultivating a luxurious lifestyle in a vineyard resonates with our brand. The Agrocorp team has direct experience developing and managing 300 acres of farms in and around Bengaluru, and we are confident that this living cum investment opportunity will be well received by our expanding clientele of luxury buyers," stated Ashwin Chadha, president of India Sotheby's International Realty.
Ayan Nagpal, managing director of Agrocorp Landbase, said, "We're looking forward to the community we want to build at The Vineyard and the cooperation."
India's managed grape farms are a one-of-a-kind portfolio investment option for HNIs and techpreneurs seeking to invest in land with a distinctive urban farming experience. They are affordably priced, conveniently positioned, and easily accessible from the heart of Bengaluru.
Post-pandemic, the demand to acquire open green places has increased dramatically. We anticipate that this project will be "sold out" in no time.
Ashwin Chadha said, "In the coming year, ISIR anticipates enabling property listings of Rs 500 crore in Bengaluru's premium residential real estate.
