One of India's biggest real estate developers, Lodha Group, which operates under the banner of Macrotech Developers, has successfully concluded agreements to acquire a 100 percent stake in Pune based real estate development company, Goel Ganga Ventures India Private Limited (GGVIPL).

As a result of this transaction, GGVIPL is poised to become an entirely owned subsidiary of Lodha Group.

Acquisition Details

It's important to note that this acquisition is not categorised as a related party transaction. The Lodha Group has confirmed that neither the promoter, the promoter group, nor any associated companies have any involvement or interest in GGVIPL. This clarification was part of the official exchange filing made by the company on January 4.
