Mahindra Lifespaces Unveils Second Phase of Happinest Palghar-2

Mahindra Lifespace Developers (MLDL), a key division of the Mahindra Group focusing on real estate and infrastructure development, has announced the launch of the second phase of its Mahindra Happinest Palghar–2 project.

This phase covers approximately 1.86 acres and includes 260 apartments with 1 BHK and 2 BHK configurations. The carpet areas of these apartments range from 390.51 sq-ft to 542.06 sq-ft, alongside 47 retail shops.
