The real estate division of Max Group, Max Estates, has been granted the certificate of completion and occupancy for Phase 2 of Max House, a boutique office campus located in Okhla, South Delhi.

The net leaseable area of this phase of construction is approximately 1.5 lakh square feet. The campus, when integrated with Phase 1, comprises an area of approximately 2.55 lakh square feet that is available for lease.

Max House holds LEED Gold certification in ecological building strategies and IGBC Gold certification in aspects pertaining to health and well-being.
