MHADA to E-Auction Mumbai Non-Residential Shops on June 27, 2024

The MHADA Mumbai Housing and Area Development Board is set to hold an e-auction for the sale of 173 non-residential shops on June 27, 2024.

Eligible applicants can participate in the auction on the website www.eauction.mhada.gov.in. The online bidding process will be open from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM for those who have registered, uploaded the required documents, and paid the deposit.

The combined results of the e-auction will be announced on June 28 at 11:00 AM on both mhada.gov.in and www.eauction.mhada.gov.in.

One shop in Shastrinagar, Goregaon West

One shop in Siddharth Nagar, Goregaon West

17 shops in Bimbisar Nagar, Goregaon East

57 shops in Malvani, Malad West

15 shops in Charkop Plot No. 1

15 shops in Charkop Plot No. 2

Four shops in Charkop Plot No. 3

12 shops in Old Magathane, Borivali East

12 shops in Mahavir Nagar, Kandivali West
