Godrej Properties, based in Mumbai, has extended its residential portfolio in the National Capital Region by entering Sonipat

Godrej Properties has acquired close to 50 acres of property in Sonipat, Haryana. This development will include roughly 1 million square feet of planned residential space, with appealing plot sizes and great lifestyle features. The property is advantageously positioned near the Delhi border and major roads. Additionally, the property is adjacent to Sonipat's emerging educational and industrial centre, which has a well-developed social infrastructure. Sonipat real estate market will definitely benefit in a big way by virtue of Godrej properties coming in.
