NoBroker has expanded into the home interiors industry with the launch of its first experience centre. HRBR's newly opened experience centre is about 2000 square feet in size. It offers a home-in-a-store experience and incorporates designs for every room in the house. The goal is to allow buyers to touch and feel the materials, since interiors are about both quality and design.
NoBroker has set aside INR 100 crore to strengthen its vertical in home interiors.
To further demonstrate its dedication to being a one-stop shop for all property-related requirements, the firm wants to establish six experience centres by the end of 2023 in each of the six locations where it operates. The organisation has partnered with over 50 design firms to provide a best-in-class experience to its clients. The partners have been painstakingly chosen for their trustworthiness and high-quality services.
"The home interiors sector is very fragmented," said Amit Agarwal, CEO and co-founder of NoBroker. Finding the proper designer, contractor, carpenter, or freelancer may be a time-consuming process for homeowners renovating or building a place. Typically, the job entails many visits to various suppliers. Frequently, they wind up with providers that lack both knowledge and trustworthiness. We want to assist our consumers by providing accurate information and the convenience of shopping for everything under one roof.
We aspire to provide a seamless experience for our consumers in terms of pricing, schedule, and material quality. The concept behind a physical centre was to allow customers to touch and feel the material and quality rather of relying just on visual representation."
