Premium and Flexible Co Working Space Provider 315Work Avenue Rents Out 40,000 sq ft to German MNC Webasto in Pune

Webasto Group has leased around 40,000 square feet at 315Work Avenue in CapitaLand IT Park, Kharadi, Pune, a flourishing area that is home to prestigious companies. This office space, which is the third location of 315Work Avenue in Pune, will feature a contemporary infrastructure and be customised to meet a wide range of client requirements.

The Webasto Group, founded in 1901, is one of the 100 largest automotive suppliers in the world and a worldwide pioneer in the development of breakthrough technology for the mobility sector. The firm provides roof, heating, and cooling systems created in-house for a range of vehicle types, batteries and charging solutions for hybrid and electric vehicles, and further thermal management and electromobility-related services. In 2021, the Group made 3.7 billion euros in sales and employed over 15,700 people across more than 50 locations. The company's headquarters are located near Munich in Stockdorf (Germany).

315Work Avenue maintains around 30,000 seats across Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Pune. The lease is part of 315Work Avenue's plan to increase its portfolio size from 1.5 million square feet to about 3 million square feet by the end of the current fiscal year.
