India's Wealthiest Real Estate Entrepreneurs in 2023

According to GROHE-HURUN India, DLF Chairman Rajiv Singh remains the wealthiest Indian real estate entrepreneur with a net worth of INR 59,030 crore. 

With a net worth of INR 42,270 crore, Mangal Prabhat Lodha and his family from Mumbai's Macrotech Developers (Lodha Group) are ranked second. 

Arjun Menda & family of Bengaluru-based RMZ Corp debuted at number three on the list with a fortune of INR 37,000 crores. 

Tuesday saw the publication of the GROHE-HURUN India Real Estate Rich List 2023, which ranks 100 individuals from 67 companies and 16 cities. The list provides a snapshot of these individuals' fortune as of March 2023. 61% of those on the list saw an increase in their wealth, and of those, 25 were newcomers, while 36 saw their wealth decrease. 

GROHE, a manufacturer of bathroom and kitchen fixtures, and HURUN, a prominent research firm that compiles extensive lists for various global segments, compiled the list. In the past year, the DLF chairman's wealth decreased by 4%, but he remained at the top of the wealthy list. 

Chandru Raheja & family of K Raheja Corp is at fourth position with a wealth of INR 26,620 crore, followed by Hiranandani Communities founder Niranjan Hiranandani INR 23,900 crore, Embassy Office Parks founder Jitendra Virwani INR 23,100 crore, Oberoi Realty founder Vikas Oberoi INR 22,970 crore), Basant Bansal & family of M3M India INR 16,110 crore and Raja Bagmane of Bagmane Developers INR 16,100 crore.

G Amarender Reddy & Family, the founder and chairperson of GAR Corporation, debuted on the list at number ten with a net worth of INR 15,000 crore.
