Colliers has just relocated to One BKC in Mumbai. This is consistent with the company's ambitious plan to integrate and improve its operations in the area while pursuing quick expansion in Mumbai, the country's financial centre and one of the country's major marketplaces.

Colliers' new office is located at One BKC, one of Mumbai's most prestigious commercial office buildings.

This new location demonstrates the company's dedication to constantly doing what is right for our workers. The new activity-based workplace encourages agile work methods, wellness, and an engaging environment for its employees, allowing them to adapt to changing work dynamics and meet business and talent needs. Additionally, One BKC is home to many Fortune ‐ 500 enterprises with a sizable customer base. Colliers has relocated to the locations of its clients.

Colliers has gone from strength to strength in Mumbai by attracting some of the industry's top market-leading professionals. Colliers has developed a collaborative environment that fosters great outcomes, as well as a platform for brainstorming and developing new, targeted, and value-adding solutions for our clients.

The workplace was designed around the needs of its people and clients, and thus includes active collaboration and wellness spaces, an amphitheatre, a media room, a state-of-the-art cafeteria for socialising, and a work café at the reception to encourage interactions between teams and clients and to introduce them to the Colliers way of working.

"We have embraced the hybrid work paradigm and designed our organisation around flexibility to foster innovation, collaboration, and fun," Ramesh Nair, CEO, India & MD, market development, Asia, stated. The workplace is very millennial-friendly in design. It has casual meeting areas, brainstorming zones, quiet focused meeting rooms, a media room, an amphitheatre, quick-use phone booths, flexible workspaces, a walking track, an exercise zone, and a colourful and bright café.

The area is technologically advanced, with interactive displays in all conference rooms, IAQ monitors, and artificial intelligence-based lighting and temperature sensors. Our workers and customers will have the opportunity to experience a best-in-class work environment and see firsthand the increased levels of employee engagement, sustainability, health, and wellbeing."
