Revolutionary Move - MahaRERA Mandates Quality Reporting by Realtors to Empower Homebuyers

In a groundbreaking development, the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) is set to introduce a transformative framework aimed at enhancing transparency and quality assurance within the real estate sector.

The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act already grants buyers a defect liability period of up to five years, allowing them to seek rectification of structural defects or other issues related to workmanship, quality, or services provided by the developer.
