Shapoorji Pallonji will build SEVEN's Al Hamra entertainment resort for more than USD 797.7 million.
Shapoorji Pallonji, one of the largest engineering, procurement, and construction companies in the region, has been given a contract to manage and build the Al Hamra project by Saudi Arabia's PIF-backed Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN).
The investment value of SEVEN's Al Hamra entertainment destination exceeds $797.7 million (SAR3 billion), and it will be built on more than 90,000m2 of land. The property will occupy a prime location at the intersection of the Eastern Ring Road and King Abdullah Road, with a constructed area of 167,000m2.
SEVEN Al Hamra is expected to attract six million visitors each year due to its world-class entertainment venues.

SEVEN Al Hamra will have an indoor hubless wheel, Wave House indoor surfing, a 10-lane bowling alley, indoor skydiving, an indoor racing racetrack, as well as theatres, restaurants, cafés, international retail establishments, and fitness facilities.
Important attractions inside SEVEN Al HamraThere are several unique tourist attractions.The Discovery Indoor Adventures Centre is a park with educational attractions.Clip 'n Climb has forty unique climbing challenges.A ride-based attraction dedicated to Transformers To develop these Saudi entertainment initiatives, SEVEN collaborated with international design companies such as AOA and CallisonRTKL, as well as Thinkwell, WME, and Ellis Don.
In addition to Al Hamra, each of the locations constructed by SEVEN will be strategically located around the kingdom to provide access for the great majority of the population. The future Saudi entertainment projects will be situated in Riyadh, Kharj, Makkah, Jeddah, Taif, Dammam, Khobar, Al Ahsa, Madinah, Yanbu, Abha, Jazan, Buraidah, and Tabuk.
