The Siddha Group has expanded its 'Siddha Sky' project with the introduction of the 'Altaire Collection' tower, which is the first among five 40-story towers to be completed and is linked with the others by a rooftop skywalk.
The 'Altaire Collection' not only includes Jodi specifications but also offers 2, 3, and 4 BHK options. Those who purchase homes in this tower can expect to receive their keys within the next four years. The Siddha Group has employed the expertise of prominent architects and designers such as GSA, JW, Agrawal & Agrawal, DOT Architects, and Amar Tendulkar Architects (ATA) for landscape and structural consulting services.
Samyak Jain, the director of the Siddha Group, mentioned that over 500 channel partners were present at the October 2023 launch event of the 'Altaire Collection', and he noted the launch as a considerable success with encouraging initial sales figures.
He also highlighted that the 'Altaire' offers its residents an array of amenities located on the ground, 38th, and 39th floors, including a gym, study and work pods, a sky banquet, and a temperature-controlled infinity pool, which he believes will bring their clients closer to experiencing world-class living with the utmost luxury in the heart of Mumbai. Jain assured that their construction timelines are well ahead of their promised schedules.
Furthermore, the 'Siddha Sky' is conveniently located at Sion NX, where each of the five towers is connected by the rooftop skywalk. The development boasts a club of approximately 22,000 square feet and more than four acres of open space.
Sion NX is becoming increasingly popular among homebuyers in Mumbai due to its proximity to the upcoming 32-kilometer Metro 4 corridor, which will connect it to Thane, as well as to the eastern expressway.
Additionally, there are significant infrastructure improvements taking place, such as the scheduled December 2023 opening of the Mumbai Trans Harbour Link from Sewri to Nhava-Sheva, which is expected to greatly reduce the travel time between Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.
