Sushma Group, a large real estate developer located in Punjab, has secured INR 140 crore from IndusInd Bank to boost its current commercial projects.

According to Prateek Mittal, Executive Director of the Sushma Group, IndusInd Bank has given Rs 50 crore to 'Sushma Capital,' one of the commercial projects, and Rs 90 crore to 'Sushma Pristine,' the other commercial initiative.

These two projects, which consist of 1.47 lakh square feet of office space, 60,000 square feet of SOHOs, and 7.69 lakh square feet of retail space, are indicative of the bright future of commercial real estate in Tier 2 cities, as banks and financial institutions continue to fund such endeavours.

With this new financing, Sushma Group is in a great position to continue providing its clients with creative real estate solutions. Throughout the previous fourteen years, the organisation has successfully completed many projects totaling 5 million square feet.

It is now constructing a further 10 million square feet in sites like as Zirakpur, Mohali, Greater Mohali, Aerocity, Kharar, New Chandigarh, and Himachal Pradesh.
