The leased space on Vittal Mallya Road, one of Bengaluru's most prestigious addresses, spans a substantial area, with the lease agreement extending over 60 months. This includes a lock-in period to secure stability and a rental rate of Rs 175 per square foot, subject to a 10% escalation every two years.
