Embassy Office Parks REIT, India's first publicly traded real estate investment trust, and global hospitality business Hilton have established the Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park and the Hilton Convention Centre in Bengaluru.
The 266-key Hilton flagship hotel and associated convention facilities are part of a 619-key dual-branded hotel complex that also includes the 353-key Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park, which opened earlier this year.
The three buildings comprise the Hilton Hotels Embassy Manyata complex, which is owned and managed by Embassy REIT.
The mixed-use complex will provide a unique hospitality offering to North Bengaluru, with two hotels, five food and beverage outlets, a state-of-the-art conference centre, and an upcoming class-leading retail hub. The property is conveniently positioned near retail and recreational establishments in North and Central Bengaluru, as well as major commercial business areas.
The hotel is ideally placed near the Kempegowda International Airport, which is about a 30-minute drive away.
Guests may enjoy integrated cutting-edge experiences in the heart of North Bengaluru thanks to the twin hotels' direct access to nearly 60,000 square feet of conference space.
Embassy Manyata has over 12 million square feet of operating space and delivers wellness-oriented grade A office solutions to over 100,000 workers from 42 worldwide corporations.
The park is served by a newly launched flyover with dedicated offshoot roads, which enables entry and egress from the Outer Ring Road.
"The NXT Plaza will incorporate retail and several eating choices, making the complex a focal point of Embassy Manyata's whole business environment,"stated Michael Holland, CEO of Embassy Office Parks REIT.
According to Navjit Ahluwalia, senior vice president and national head of Hilton in India,
"The launch of one of South India's biggest hotel complexes marks a watershed moment for Hilton, ushering in a new age of post-pandemic tourism. We are optimistic that the Hilton Hotels Embassy Manyata complex will serve as a catalyst for the reintroduction of in-person events."
