Dholera SIR, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

The first-ever land sale for a real estate plot in Dholera SIR was a big step forward for Dholera Industrial City Development (DICDL). Gap Associates, BMS Projects, and SUN Realty Partnership all worked together to win the deal. DICDL is the first new industrial smart city in India to get the platinum rating.

"Dholera SIR has world-class infrastructure," said a top figure of the company. This success ensures the domestic growth that businesses wanting to set up factories at Dholera need.

A total of 228 acres of land in the SIR region have been set aside for tourism and relaxation.

Dholera SIR held the first successful sale of a hotel plot of land in the past.

Dholera SIR put out an e-auction notice for a piece of land in the high access route zone that could be used for residential or mixed-use construction with multiple stories. Four of the many online forms that were sent in were found to be valid.

This would be the first plot given to the real estate industry in the area, which has become a major hub for business and urban growth.
