The Office Pass, Delhi NCR's largest coworking company, will open its fourteenth coworking office in Delhi NCR (12th in Gurgaon).

The new coworking space will be 26,000 square feet in size. The workplace will be attractively constructed with high-end features and will have more than 550 workstations, expansive meeting and conference rooms, a lounge, café, and collaboration zones.

With the introduction of this new facility, The Office Pass will further solidify its position as the biggest coworking operator in Delhi NCR, with 14 offices now in operation. In the December 2022 quarter, The Office Pass coworking office occupancy surpassed 85 percent.

The new office will be located in the prestigious commercial complex Unitech Cyber Park (UCP) in Gurgaon, which is in close proximity to HUDA Metro Station and is easily accessible from Delhi and other areas of Gurgaon. This will be TOP's fourth office in UCP, with a total capacity of approximately 1600 workstations distributed throughout 72,000 square feet.

"The coworking and managed office industry is seeing significant tailwinds as a result of people's hybrid return to the workplace. We want to capitalise on this trend by opening 50 offices during the next two years."

Aditya Verma, Founder & CEO of The Office Pass, said that the company's leading business generated a profit in January-March 2022, and has since grown by triple digits (TOP).

The new facility will accommodate the workplace needs of major corporations, SMEs, and startups. Corporate teams ranging in size from eight to two hundred will be able to use this plug-and-play facility beginning at the end of February 2023. This new facility will get an investment of around 12 million dollars from The Office Pass.

Due to the unpredictability of the economic climate and the adaptability of the coworking space's financial commitment, flexible office operators see a consistent demand from companies and SMBs.
