With an estimated sales potential of over Rs 8,000 crore, Bengaluru-based real estate developer Prestige Group intends to inaugurate The Prestige City, its largest township to date, in Hyderabad.

A retail emporium, 4,647 apartments, and 119 opulent villas will be included in the 64-acre Rajendranagar development. The inventory handover is slated for 2027, and the project has received an estimated investment of Rs 5,000 crore.

The residences will comprise approximately 9.7 million square feet (msf), of which the development as a whole will encompass villas and apartments. More than one lakh square feet will be devoted to the retail block. Apartment tickets will range in price from Rs 79 lakh for the smallest size to Rs 2.5 crore for the largest, four-BHK apartments.

Airport travel time is fifteen minutes, while Gachibowli and Hitech City are reached in thirty minutes. At this time, excavation is underway following the acquisition of RERA approvals for the residential segment. In order to provide prospective homeowners with a visual experience that will encompass landscaping and amenities, the Group also intends to introduce the project for the first time in the Metaverse. Thirteen structures reaching G+41 stories will comprise The Prestige City.

In contrast to the thirty to forty percent growth in real estate volumes, which has nearly doubled in Hyderabad, the IT population and large-scale small businesses comprise the target market for homes in the older city on average.
