Top Businessmen Like Deep Kalra and Ashish Gurnani Acquire Luxury Residences at The Camellias, Gurugram

MakeMyTrip founder and chairman Deep Kalra, Den Network’s Sameer Manchanda, and Ashish Gurnani of the Assago Group have recently invested in luxury apartments at DLF's The Camellias in Gurugram. These business leaders have joined an elite group of residents in this prestigious residential complex. Gurnani and Kalra each purchased 7,430 sq ft apartments, while Manchanda opted for a more spacious 10,813 sq ft apartment, according to data from CRE Matrix, a real estate analytics firm.

The Camellias, which was launched less than ten years ago at Rs 22,500 per sq ft, now sees prices ranging between Rs 60,000 to Rs 95,000 per sq ft, depending on factors like floor level and custom interior enhancements. The Gurnani family acquired their apartment for Rs 21.75 crore, whereas Kalra's similar-sized apartment fetched a price of Rs 46.25 crore. These transactions were officially recorded in March 2024, although the purchases were made a few years earlier.

Other notable residents at The Camellias include Varun Alagh of Mamaearth, Anita Lal of Good Earth, Lokvir Kapoor of Pine Labs, former BharatPe MD Ashneer Grover, Kartik Bharat Ram of SRF, JC Chaudhry of Aakash Educational Services, Ravish Kapoor of Elan Group, and Smiti Agarwal, spouse of V-Bazaar Retail CMD Hemant Agarwal.
