In Panchkula, Trident Realty has inaugurated its premium residential project, Trident Hills, an integrated luxury township. The business has bought a 200-acre block of land in Panchkula and intends to spend Rs 3,000 crore over the next seven to eight years in order to create an integrated luxury township.

With its substantial foothold in NCR and MMR, the business intends to enter the Tier-2 real estate market with the introduction of Trident Hills. Initial construction on a 125-acre tract of land will consist of plots and low-rise levels. Since its launch a week ago, the firm has already sold over 300 plots for Rs 500 crore.

SK Narvar, chairman of Trident Realty, stated that the company is in an expansion mode, and based on the remarkable growth momentum of the real estate sector over the past two to three years, they are convinced that the time is right to foray into Tier-2 markets such as Tri-city (Chandigarh), Uttarakhand, Haryana, Himachal, Punjab, Ahmedabad, Baroda, Goa, and Pune, where opportunities abound due to rapid infrastructure development.

The corporation obtained this block of property via the bankruptcy procedure and spent around 400 billion rupees to satisfy banking institutions' debts. In this scheme, it has also offered plots to around 450 stalled purchasers.

Narvar noted that Trident Realty has finished a 12-acre project including 1,400 apartments in Noida Extension called Trident Embassy and will be creating another housing project in Noida Extension called Trident Embassy Reso with an investment of Rs 300 crore.

In the MMR market, the business has bought a 27-acre property holding company and launched two projects including roughly 450 units. These two projects need an investment of Rs 535 crore. In these two initiatives, the business has provided almost 1,300 apartments to slum inhabitants.

By the end of 2023, Trident Realty plans to finish the three ongoing building projects in Noida Extension and the MMR markets.

Trident Hills, with its advantageous location along the Zirakpur-Panchkula-Kalka highway, and surrounded by Bir Shikargarh, Khol Hai Raitan & Sukhna Wildlife Sanctuaries apart from Kaushalya dam near the project, and a 26-kilometer drive to Morni Hills, is situated 20 kilometres from the picturesque Sukhna Lake.

The CEO of Trident Realty, Parvinder Singh, said that the company was concentrating on planned projects in Tier-2 towns such as Panchkula to capitalise on the acceptability of communal living and favourable buyer attitudes. In addition, he noted that Trident Hills was a great location for individuals seeking a brief respite from the responsibilities of their hectic lives while remaining linked to the main metropolis.

Panchkula is becoming Tricity's residential centre (Chandigarh).

Since its launch in mid November 2022, the firm has already sold over 300 plots for Rs 500 crore.
