To facilitate access to land records, the government of Gujarat has established the E-Dhara site. Using the e-dhara site, landowners may access 7/12 paperwork, 8A extract, and other vital land-related information.

Gujarat E-dhara can assist you in a variety of ways, ranging from locating all relevant information on properties and land in Gujarat to comprehending the specifics of property transfers in Gujarat. Check out this area on Ghar.tv for more information.

In Gujarat, the State Department of Revenue is responsible for land records, or Bhulekh. It manages all information pertaining to land in the state and offers numerous forms for buying and selling land. Yet, as instances of illegal land transactions and encroachments increased, the state government created an online platform to ensure openness in property transactions. These land documents are essential for validating the owner's claim on the property and other pertinent information. The platform provides comprehensive information on the landowner, the amount of the land, the kind of land, and its intended use in order to prevent legal disputes and illegal property building and transfer.

What is E-Dhara Gujarat?

E Dhara Gujarat is an endeavor of the state of Gujarat to digitise physical rural land records. In order to assist rural landowners, E-Dhara Kendras (e-DK) have been set up around the state where landowners may submit applications for the digitization of land records. Via the eGram Vishwa Gram (eGVG) broadband initiative, Bhulekh Soft has been launched and incorporated into these rural centres, which are linked to the main server.

Many users, including potential purchasers, current landowners, and farmers, may access their digital copies of the individual land records using this online platform. Bhulekh Gujarat Online delivers exceptional management information system (MIS) capabilities to provide the greatest degree of ease for land record registration, modifications, and transactions.
