Ananda Nilayam - Hyderabad

The Vasavi Group has introduced Ananda Nilayam, a new gated community development in Hyderabad. The project will consist of eleven 33-story buildings situated opposite the LB Nagar Metro Station on the city's periphery. The project will include an area of 8.5 million square feet and will have 3,576 apartments of 2-4 BHK and sky villas, as well as facilities such as children's play areas, badminton, basketball, and cricket courts, cutting-edge gyms, and swimming pools.

In addition, two public clubhouses with a combined size of 131,385 square feet will be constructed and will have banquet halls, leisure facilities, gaming arenas, small theatres, salons, yoga, aerobic, and conference rooms.

The project will also have a 72 percent open space meadow with planted vegetation around the residential complex.

Vijay Kumar Yerram, the CMD of the Vasavi Group, remarked that Ananda Nilayam would be the biggest gated community in South India, with a great position that makes it handy and readily accessible to residents from many regions in Hyderabad.
