Both RMZ Spire in Hyderabad and Manyata Redwood in Bengaluru have recently had lease agreements executed with WeWork India. Both structures, which are slated to break ground within the coming months, are situated in technological epicentres.

Located in the Manyata Tech Park in Bengaluru, Manyata Redwood comprises three stories and provides a working space exceeding 117,000 square feet, which is capable of accommodating more than 1,700 workstations.
