WeWork India is reportedly in discussions to lease over 400,000 sq ft of office space across three significant properties in Delhi and Gurugram. This move is seen as part of their aggressive expansion strategy in the Delhi-NCR region, according to sources familiar with the situation.

Prime Properties Secured

The company is expected to secure 148,000 sq ft at Prestige Trade Tower and 115,000 sq ft at Bharti Worldmark 6 in Delhi’s Aerocity. Additionally, WeWork India is eyeing 140,000 sq ft at DLF’s Cyber City in Gurugram.

Rising Demand in Aerocity and NCR

Industry professionals noted that Aerocity is witnessing growing interest from global corporations, with flexible workspace providers securing space in anticipation of rising demand. The overall office leasing activity in NCR has gained momentum, driven by occupier interest and the upcoming availability of large office buildings set to be delivered in the next 12 months.
