WeWork India Expands with 140,000 sq ft of New Office Space in Bengaluru and Noida

WeWork India has leased 140,000 square feet of office space in Bengaluru and Noida to meet the increasing demand for flexible workspaces. These new offices, set to open between September and October, will add over 2,400 seats to their portfolio.

Detailed Expansion Plans

The new spaces include WeWork 37 Cunningham in Bengaluru, with over 1,000 desks across 60,000 square feet, and WeWork Galaxy Business Park in Noida's Sector 62, featuring 1,400 seats within 70,000 square feet.

Addressing Market Needs

Arnav S Gusain, Chief of Supply at WeWork India, mentioned that the growing business sectors in Bengaluru and Noida require dynamic work environments for various professionals and enterprises.

WeWork India's Growth Trajectory

Operated by the Bengaluru-based Embassy Group, which holds a majority stake, WeWork India has expanded to over 8 million square feet across 57 locations in eight cities since entering the Indian market in 2017.
