WeWork Leases Wood IT Tower in Kalyani Nagar, Pune

Flexible supplier of office space WeWork India has signed a long-term lease with real estate developer K Raheja Corp for a commercial facility in Pune with almost 100,000 square feet of space. This transaction is asset-light, and the site, Raheja Woods IT Tower, will supply 1,500 desks. The office building, which consists of five floors of space for information technology (IT) and IT-enabled businesses, is situated in Pune's premier real estate market, Kalyani Nagar.

With this transaction, We Work India has extended its Pune operations in accordance with its long-term development strategy.

In Pune, Raheja Woods IT Tower is the third We Work India location.

"Over the years, Pune has provided exceptional real estate, leading to its rise as one of the most robust and desirable locations for firms to establish their offices. The purpose of establishing this new agency is to develop a personnel strategy that prioritises adaptability. We will continue to increase our footprint in Pune" said We Work India's chief supply officer, Arnav S Gusain.

Since entering the Indian market in 2017, WeWork India has signed approximately 6.5 million square feet of assets across 44 sites in Bengaluru, Mumbai, the National Capital Region, Pune, and Hyderabad.
