    Is there any options of 2 BHK flats in Kalpataru Avana. If yes then what's the price? I am planning to shift my business setup in Lower Parel, hence i am keen to buy a residential property for self use in the same location.

    If the budget is too high, then i am also ok with Rental flat to start with.
