* RCC-framed structure designed as per ISI standards.

Super structure :
* AAC blocks of 6-inch thickness for outside walls, 4-inch thickness for inside walls.

Doors & Windows :
* Main door frames and shutters with medium teak and other door frames with medium teak and other door shutters with flush. All windows with NCL Seccolor.

Flooring :
* Vitrified tiles of 2'x2' in all rooms, ceramic tiles in toilets, glazed tiles dadoing in toilets up to 6' height.

PAINTING :
* Two-coat with lappam finish and painting in emulsion for external walls and corridor walls with weather-proof acrylic paints or equivalent.

KITCHEN :
* Granite platform with steel sink, two feet height tiles above the kitchen platform, provision for exhaust fan and suitable electrical points for kitchen appliances.

SANITARYWARE :
* Premium quality C.P. fittings of Cera or equivalent make and basic sanitary ware. One washbasin in the hall, one Indian commode in common bathroom and one western commode in master bedroom.

WATER SUPPLY :
* Water supply through bore wells and municipal water tap connections and overhead tank.

ELECTRICALS :
* Concealed copper wiring (branded) of good quality modular switches (Anchor) and switch boards with adequate points for TV and telephone, fans, exhaust, AC (only in master bedroom).

POWER BACK-UP :
* Generator power back-up for common area lighting, lifts, water pumps.

WATER-PROOFING :
* Best method of WPC work will be done for terrace slab, in toilets and all floors.

PLUMBING :
