Raheja Vivarea looks to be a very good project for me, the plus point here is, you don't have to wait or depend or worry about possession date. Becuase its ready and i think it was delivered in 2010.
I was checking for some properties that would be available for sale, un-fortunately got to see couple of options available only on rent but i was very keen to reside here, so i had entered into a rental deal, if at all anyone of you come across some resale option then please let me know.
