THE STRUCTURE :
It is a R.C.C. framed structure of columns, beams and slabs
The internal partition walls will be of 4 1/2" brick masonry and the external walls will be 9" brick/ laterite masonary

PLASTER :
External plaster will be double coat sand faced cement plaster
Internal plaster will be single coat with second coat of neeru or Gypsum Plaster

FLOORING :
The flooring will be of Johnson vitrified 2x2' tiles for full flat or its equivalent
Toilet dado will have full height glazed tile and flooring will have ceramic tiles of good quality

DOORS :
The doors will of teak wood frame and salwood frame provided with 35 mm thick flush doors with veneer
Toilet shutters will be of FRP doors

WINDOWS :
Windows will be of powder coated aluminium siding with aluminium fittings

KITCHEN :
The kitchen will have a cooking platform with black granite top and 60cms tile dedo above the platform. Stainless steel sink with single bowl will be provided.

INTERNAL DECOR :
The walls will be painted with acrylic bound distemper and ceiling with whitewash.
Doors will be painted/ varnished / French polished

EXTERNAL DECOR :
External walls will be painted with cement paint

PLUMBING AND SANITARY :
Concealed pipe will be of C.P.V.C. pipes, hot and cold system in toilet
Sanitary ware make will be of Hind ware or equivalent, fittings of Jaguar or equivalent quality will be provided

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION :
The electrical wiring will be concealed with Finolex cables or equivalent
All switches will be of Mylinc Legrand switches or equivalent quality with three phase electricity connection
AC/T.V/ Telephone points inside the flat
