* Polished granite cooking platform with stainless steel sink and CP fittings of Grohe/Kohler/ Equivalent make with ceramic tile dadoing on walls above platform and provision for instant geyser.

TOILETS
* Designer toilets with EWC, wash basin of Duravit / equivalent make, shower with hot and cold mixture of Jaguar/ Equivalent make with provision for geyser.
* Anti-skid tiles for flooring and ceramic tile dadoing for walls up to 7 ft. height.

ELECTRICAL
