Structure 

R.C.C framed structure as per structural engineer recommendation. 
Super Structure :

Solid Concrete Block Masonry. 

Finishing

Sponge finishing in cement mortar using Water proof chemicals for exteriors.

Main Doors with teak wood frames and shutters. Pooja and all other doors is Skin door with sal wood frames. 

Windows

All Windows with protective M.S. Grills, with Aluminum frames powder coated and sliding glasses. 

Toilets 

Flooring should be of antiskid ceramic tiles For Walls good quality of glazed tiles with border at 7 feet height level. Bathroom fittings must be of basic model and Onida & ESS ESS and hind ware commode & sinks.

 Kitchen 

Polished 30 mm black granite kitchen counter top with steel sink. Above the platform tile dado. Sufficient power points for refrigerator, Micro oven, cooking range, exhaust and water purifier. 

Flooring 

Vitrified tiles flooring of premium quality in the living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms and in the kitchen. All toilets, Balconies, Utilities will be of ceramic antiskid tiles. Inside common area with the sadaralli granite flooring of 20 mm thick.

Stair Case 

Stair Case flooring with sadaralli granite and with M.S. Railing. 

Electrical 

Concealed conduits with P.V.C. insulated I.S.I. Marked copper wire with class A rating and Roma/GM switches, with M.C.B. Circuit breakers Cable T.V. and Telephonic points in the living room.

Lift

Good quality of certified lift of 6 passengers will be provided.

Car parking will be provided for each flat at stilt floor.
