TENDER NOTICE FOR REDEVELOPMENT OF APNA GHAR UNIT NO. 7 CHS LTD. [SUNSHINE, SUNRISE, SHANTI SADAN, SHIVSADAN SUNBEAM] Cts No. 1/18(Pt), Shree Swami Samarth Nagar, Apna Ghar Complex, K/W, Andheri West, Village: Oshiwara, Mumbai-400053Sealed tenders are invited from experienced and financially sound Developers for the Redevelopment of "APNA GHAR UNIT NO. 7 CHS LTD. [SUNSHINE, SUNRISE, SHANTI SADAN, SHIVSADAN SUNBEAM]" at Cts No. 1/18(Pt), Shree Swami Samarth Nagar, Apna Ghar Complex, K/W, Andheri West, Village: Oshiwara, Mumbai-400053.

The Tender document should be collected from the society office of APNA GHAR UNIT NO. 7 CHS LTD, From 17/02/2025 to 07/03/2025, between 12.00pm to 5.00 pm on payment of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) in PO/DD (non-refundable) in favor of APNA GHAR UNIT NO. 7 CHS LTD.

Duly filled sealed Tender should be submitted at Society Office up to 05/04/2025 between 12.00pm to 5.00 pm.

Eligibility criteria:
1.Bids from Proprietorship Firm, Partnerships, Hindu Undivided Family, Trusts, Co-operative Society, AOP's or other unregistered Firms or unincorporated entities shall not be considered.

2. The Tenderer should have completed and procured an occupation certificate from the planning authority for a minimum of three (3) residential/residential cum commercial building/s in the last 5(five) years ending on 31st March 2024 with the following parameter:

i. At least 3 of such residential/ residential cum commercial building/s should be developed by utilizing an F.S.I. not less than 3,00,000 SQFT. The Tenderer should submit the necessary evidence of the same.
ii. The construction cost of one of such residential/residential cum commer-cial buildings should have been minimum of Rs.250,00,00,000/- (Two Hundred and fifty Crores).
iii. The minimum CA Certified consolidated net worth of the Tenderer should not be less than Rs 500.00.00.000/- (Five Hundred Crores). The Tenderer shall submit the necessary documentary evidence for all the above.
iv. Solvency Certificate of Rs. 500 Cr. from any public sector banks or private sector Indian banks to be submitted by the shortlisted bidders.
v. CIBIL rating of the bidding company or the parent/ flagship company shall be preferable.

*The Society reserves its right to accept or reject any or all the applications without giving any reason/justification/explanation whatsoever.
