Architects/Project Management Consultant required for Proposed Redevelopment
Kamana Co-Op Housing Society Ltd, situated at FP No. 899, TPS IV of Mahim Division, S.K.Bole Road, near Siddhivinayak Temple, Prabhadevi, Mumbai 400 028 having registration no. BOM/HSG/4516 OF 1975 in G-North Ward, is considering redevelopment of their property at prime location.
The Society requires Two separate offers / proposals with consideration with and without Rarn Mansion CHS Ltd. Proposal/Offers in sealed envelopes, addressed to Chairman/Hon. Secretary of the society are invited from interested, experienced reputed Architects (Registered with Council of Architects under the Architects Act 1972) / Licensed surveyor agencies for Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services in redevelopment field registered under BMC/MHADA/SRA equivalent & also having in-house team of qualified/ experienced/ knowledgeable staff for updated DCPR 2034 coupled with society laws & estimation for project work may submit request letter detailing scope of work on behalf of the society & their credentials (detailed profile) at the office of the society situated at the above mentioned address on week days during office hours (10.00 am to 1.00 pm) except Sunday with acknowledgment receipt on payment of fees₹ 5000/- by NEFT/Pay order or demand draft in the name of Kamana Co-Op Housing Society Ltd. along with valid empanelment certificate mentioning List of completed Redevelopment projects/ under progress consisting of Cluster Development not later than 10/01/2025.
Eligibility preferential Criteria: Minimum 10 years of experience in Redevelopment process/ field.
Having obtained all requisite approvals for cluster size redevelopment projects.
Experienced in satisfactory completion of at least 5 society redevelopment projects in the last five years and involved in 25 stories or more type of buildings/structures.
Experience of having worked/ completed work in island city projects preferred having no pending litigations.

Total plot area admeasuring about 7208 sq mt. Layout comprising of 4 Buildings plus one building of Ram Mansion CHS Ltd having 182 flats & 10 Shops plus 20 flats respectively.
