TENDER NOTICE FOR REDEVELOPMENT
"Sal Tower Co-Operative Housing Society Ltd.," invites bids from reputed developers for the Redevelopment of Residential to Residential Project of their society land & building on land bearing CTS No. 246/A admeasuring 4032.00 Sq. Mtr of Village-Borivali, Taluka- Borivali Mumbai Suburban District, situate, lying and being at Survey. No. 35, Hissa No. 3 A And 5 A, CTS No. 246, Near Old MHB Colony and Borivali West Metro Station, Gorai Road, Borivali (West), Mumbai -400091 along with the "Society's Building" standing thereon., adjacent to 13.40 Mtrs Wide Road. The Blank Tender Forms may be obtained from Society's Office between Wednesday, 22/01/2025 to Friday 21/02/2025 From 11:00 am To 5:00 pm (Excluding Sundays & Public Holidays) on payment of Non Refundable Fees of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) payable in the form of Demand Draft / Pay Order in favor of the Society.
NOTE:1) The Property Register Card bearing CTS No. 246/A stands in the name of Sai Tower CHSL.
2) The DP Remarks / DP 2034 of the said society and its structure is shown on plot bearing CTS No. 246/B. The successful bidder/promoter shall make necessary changes and transfer the CTS no. 246/B to CTS no. 246/A on DP / DP Remarks 2034 at his cost, expenses, resources and consequences.
3) The "Sai Tower Chs Ltd.," consists of 03 Wings viz. A, B, C Wing having 77 nos Residential Units having a Total MOFA Carpet area of 35672:61. Sq. Ft (3314.07.Sq. Mt). Also, there are 31 stilt parking on site.
4) The EMD of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Only) shall become due and payable in the Form of Demand Draft/ Pay Order In Favor of the Society While Submitting the Tender.
5) Sealed Tender to be submitted on Saturday, 08/03/2025 between 11:00 am to 07:00 pm at Society's Office.
6) Society Reserves Its Right To Reject/Refuse/Cancel Any/ All Tenders Without Assigning Any Reason Of Whatsoever Nature.
