Inviting Expression of Interest (EOI) Sealed expression of interest (EOI) is invited from reputed, experienced, and financially sound developers having adequate resources of a net worth of a minimum "One Thousand Crores" and an average annual turnover of the last five years of Rs. Five Hundred Crores and experience in execution of similar works of comparable magnitude for joint redevelopment of seven member societies under the aegis of Western Park Co-Operative Housing Society Association Limited, through a common developer under regulation 33(5) of DCPR 2034.

Project Site:Oshiwara MHADA layout, plot No. H-51 to H-55, H-57 & H-58, CTS No. 1 (part), Off Village Oshiwara, Off Link Road, Andheri (W) Mumbai-400053. Prime location with proximity to metro stations, malls, banks, temples, schools, WR suburban stations, etc.consisting of the following housing societies:
