BE ALERT !!!!!Please ready carefully before taking office in Paranjape Business Hub kothrud. Because there are rules set by society committee which are as similar as school rules.1) Terrace :- you cannot use terrace as it will be locked permanently (RULE NO 1)2) Galleries :- only for show off. You don`t have permission to even stand in galleries(RULE NO 2)3) You cannot work after 10PM (RULE NO 3)4) No Cafeteria and No space for LUNCH TIME.5) as terrace and galleries are locked you don`t have even standing space for breathing or relaxing6) Common bathrooms that are and always dirty not cleaning properlyas we are suffering from lots of issues in the BUSINESS HUB which named as Commercial Space but should be renamed to HOUSING SOCIETY. Because there rules are similar.We request everyone to check above things before taking office.
